Based in Staffordshire, Target Windows is working with property maintenance company Novus Property Solutions to transform five blocks of flats owned by Bromsgrove Housing.
The project, which started in March 2022, will see Target Windows install energy-efficient windows in around 75 apartments. The works will also change the aesthetics of the apartments by transforming the window frames from white to a sleek grey. To complement the windows, the buildings are also redone and rendered as part of the project.
Guy Basnett, director of Target Windows, said:
“Our business side continues to grow stronger, and we are delighted to be working with Novus Property Solutions again on the Bromsgrove housing project.
“This project will see a complete transformation of the exterior of apartment buildings giving them a new lease of life for residents – and truly showing how windows can make a huge difference to the style and feel of a home.
“The energy-efficient glass used in our windows retains heat in the home and is also designed to harness radiant heat energy from the sun. This can significantly reduce heating bills, while improving curb appeal and adding value to a property. »
