Nordson’s semiconductor packaging solutions for a smart and connected new world to be showcased at SEMICON Taiwan 2021

Experts will be ready to discuss innovations for fluid delivery, bond testing, x-ray inspection and plasma surface treatment for a smart and connected new world. SEMICON Taiwan will be held at TaiNEX 1, Taipei, China from December 28-30, 2021.

At the show will be:

• Fluid distribution equipment – the ASYMMETRIC Forte and Vantage systems and the latest Vortik progressive cavity pumps.
• The test and inspection products to be exhibited are DAGE link testers, the SONOSCAN Gen7 acoustic microscope and DAGE Quadra X-ray system.
