Mohali: After the detection of several cases of unsanitary and expired food in restaurants, Mohali The health department will train restaurant operators on food safety standards. District Health Officer (DHO) Dr. Subhash Kumar said the drill was aimed at ensuring food quality and cleanliness in food outlets. All Food Business Operators (FBOs) are trained in maintaining sanitation, cleanliness, disposing of expired food and posting expiry conditions under the Food Safety Act.
