I’m having trouble signing in with my Team WTF1 account, what should I do?
If you just created an account for the WTF1 team, it can sometimes take up to 48 hours for payment to be fully completed. If you are still having issues please email us at [email protected] and we will help you.
What payment methods do you accept for Team WTF1 subscriptions?
Currently, we allow payment by credit or debit card and Apple Pay. We’re working hard behind the scenes to add more payment options, so be sure to check back soon for developments.
If your preferred payment method isn’t supported at this time, we’re very sorry, but please remember that we aren’t removing any content from our regular schedule, so none of our existing content is affected.
Do I have to be UK based to join Team WTF1?
You can definitely join Team WTF1 as an international fan. But our events are primarily UK based at the moment due to travel restrictions.
As an international member of the WTF1 team, you will still be able to participate in many virtual activities, such as exclusive access to podcasts, virtual game sessions and other perks such as discounts on our products! We will try to vary the times of these virtual events as much as possible so that people based in different time zones can all get involved.
