The Double Helix, which is automation ready for fast and continuous printing, is the newest addition to the Helix line of printing machines. This machine is a UV cylindrical printer with two printing devices to double the print volume (compared to the Helix) which can simultaneously print the same color graphics at around 6-8 parts per minute.
With an 8.6 inch high printable area, the Double Helix can print on items up to 12 inches in length with a 2-4.5 inch diameter using design techniques such as dot varnish, point to point printing, mirror printing, outline print and more.
At the show, the Double Helix will showcase its automation capabilities and feature a robotic system for palletizing plastic water bottles.
The X5-T is a digital UV flatbed printer equipped with the latest printhead technologies. It has been specially designed for promotional products and heavy industrial printing. The X5-T houses five printheads for on-demand color prints on flat and gently curved hard products up to 20 inches in height. The X5-T can decorate a 43.3 x 24 inch bed size in two minutes using CMYKWW and an optional varnish.
At the booth, the X5-T will demonstrate its printing capabilities on gift items, including mint boxes.
The ICN-200-2C is a two-color sealed stamp printer that is flexible with a wide range of applications. Ideal for large injection molded or industrial parts, the ICN-200-2C is capable of printing images up to 7.5 inches in diameter. This pad printer is perfect for handling illustrations on larger products. The ICN-200-2C will print on Frisbees.
